The procedure is basely on the extraction, centrifugation, pasteurization and concentration of juice, blending, cooling and storage.
It is fresh juice whose the final conservation is guaranteed by physical processes or by authorized conservative agents.
It’s mostly known as its signal in English (FCJ — Frozen Concentrated Juice). Those are the ones obtained through the extraction of at least 50% water of the juice constitution, applying technological processes in which they can be conserved on physics processes or by conservative agents.
